Snurr City Lade, Trondheim, Norway

Snurr (or translated, Spin) is a Norwegian bakery chain, with its City Lade branch located in the northern coastal city of Trondheim.

Interior architects SJD perfectly embraced the simplicity and warmth of the large Opaline Glass Globe Pendants arranging the lights in a uniformed grid, creating as much an impactful visual statement as it does a practical lighting scheme.

They also added some vintage industrial clout to the open kitchen, choosing an impressive number of Giant Czech Pendants – a bold move that we don’t often see but one that absolutely works… if only we were a little closer to marvel at their baked goods too!
