Trainspotters has an onsite team of skilled and experienced colleagues working on packing and dispatching goods to customers around the world. The company sends daily consignments to locations all over the UK, Europe and beyond.
FREE Mainland UK Delivery*
*Delivery is free of charge for all online domestic orders to mainland UK. Mainland excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
There are collections from Trainspotters HQ from Monday to Thursday and we use an overnight service as standard (subject to courier availability, conditions apply).
Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland will be quoted on an order-by-order basis and there may be extended delivery times to these locations. A member of the Trainspotters team will be in touch, should this apply to your order.
For commercial orders, please contact a member of the Trainspotters Team for a quotation.
If you require an expedited or timed delivery, please get in touch at the point of purchase where a member of the team can provide a suitable quotation for your needs. Additional charges will apply for this tailored service.
Tracking information is courtesy of the designated courier and is sent to the shipping email address or text provided at the time of order.
International shipping is chargeable.
Smaller or less bulky orders will be shipped via a number of preferred couriers such as DHS, UPS or Fedex (prev.TNT) and the most preferential quote will be provided during your initial enquiry or at the point of order.
Larger or more bulky orders that require pallets or crates may be sent with an alternative preferred freight provider.
Unless otherwise requested, all international shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). All local Customs, Duties and Taxes are payable by the Importer. If you would like to discuss alternative Incoterms or wish to add insurance to cover your shipment, please contact a member of the team or let us know at the point of order.
Note: On international shipments, Trainspotters is considered the Exporter; whomever pays for the order is considered the Importer.

Please note that we generally operate a festive holiday shutdown period between late December and early January which is announced each winter on our homepage and socials. Shipments do not take place during this time. Should you require shipping during this period, please allow plenty of time to order your lights or contact us to discuss your exact requirements
We take packing seriously and have developed our techniques over the years to ensure safe passage. Consequently, both our custoemrs and ourselves experience very few carriage issues. Sustainability is very important to us too and we have eradicated all single-use plastic in our packaging, preferring instead to use paper based package that is 100% recyclable.
