Generator Building, Bristol
The Generator Building is an iconic Grade II Listed ex-warehouse on Bristol’s historic waterfront. Now called “Clockwise Bristol” the building has been redesigned to provide work spaces from private offices to co-working environments for micro and small enterprises.
Working with interior architects, Trainspotters provided several products – vintage salvaged models and mid century classic remakes.
Lights like the Bauhaus Pendants with their aged characterful patinas were used to accent casual dining/ work areas, whilst highly polished communist era strips provide an avenue of lighting along brickwork atriums. This marriage of historical and contemporary is echoed in the lighting throughout the Generator building paying great homage to its industrial past.
