Hubbox, Plymouth

Hubbox are a rapidly expanding restaurant group with 12 branches spread across the South West of England from St Ives to Cheltenham, and their speciality is the burger.

Trainspotters supplied Prismatic Blender Glass & Ceramic pendant lights to Hubbox Plymouth based in the towns historical Royal William Yard. The simple industrial origins of this light pair perfectly with the contemporary and rustic decor of this dining space.

The ridged prismatic glass shade is based on an Eastern European design from the Communist Period and yet the shape reminds us so much of the classic retro glass blender jugs found in old American diners, that we decided to use that name instead.

The Prismatic Blender light is available in four models – the pendant (as seen here), the wall light (mounted on a 90 degree arm), the straight flush mount (ideal for ceilings) and the angled flush mount.
