Premium ethical coffee company The Monk Coffee Roasters have opened an atmospheric cafe in central Santa Eulalia on Ibiza, serving unique single origin coffees on a regularly rotated menu.

Served in a beautifully designed space their ethos is built on a commitment to quality and community.

Monk’s Architects & Interior Design Team sourced lighting from Trainspotters in early 2023 for the flagship brew bar, including the vintage glass lensed Czech Sawmill Pendants alongside a series of the Sculptural Bulb Pendant incorporating Tala’s Voronoi II lamp.
