The Field House, Avernish
Situated high on the coast of Loch Alsh, in the crofting community of Avernish. The Field House was designed not just as a comfortable place to come back to at the end of a day in the Highlands. It also serves as a home to escape to, where staying in feels as good as going out.
Located close to Skye, Torridon and the Five Sisters of Kintail, it’s not hard to get outdoors. Hill walking, sea kayaking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, wild swimming and climbing, are all right on the doorstep.
Trainspotters lighting compliments the simplicity and integrity of this project perfectly.
The Dunlop Pendant light over the dining table is based on the originals we salvaged from Fort Dunlop some years ago.
